The artwork featured in this showcase has been separated using advanced Simulated Process techniques, engineered for shops running 8 to 12-color setups. Each job is precisely color-managed using a solid white underbase and a highlight white screen to achieve razor-sharp detail, maximum color pop, and brilliant contrast on press.
Depending on your garment fabric and colorway, every underbase is custom-tinted and choked to ensure a soft-hand print without losing color vibrancy or opacity. Furthermore, we strategically leverage the garment color as an active halftone layer—expanding the tonal gamut of the design while keeping your color count lean and your press setup ultra-fast.

High-Fidelity Rendering
Once the sketch is approved, I execute the final art. I apply color, hyper-realistic highlights, and textural shadows, always keeping the final print method in mind to avoid ‘unprintable’ effects.
Precision Separation & Handoff
The final step is preparing the file for the press. I break the art down into print-ready channels (Pantone/PMS). I provide a complete ‘Print Kit’ including the separation file, print sequence, and mockups. For DTG clients, I supply optimized high-resolution rasters.
